Hi there, my general intention in this blog is purely NOT to brag about but rather share my experiences with the public and inform and get information and eventually if possible help someone. That would be incredible! As many of the bloggers I am reading helped me. So, after this apologetical prologue full of guilt etc etc let’s proceed to the real article.
Morning ritual changes
Nothing in life is static. That is a law! So, even the more organized and strict person with iron discipline would be forced to change his routine sometimes. Here are the additions and extensions of my morning ritual. You can refer to the old one here.
5:30am: waking up (lights on immediately, washing up, stepping on the scale and recording the current weight)
6:40am: chinese lesson for 1 pomodoro (with ChineseSkill app)
7:10am: italian lesson for 1 pomodoro (currently reading this textbook)
7:50am: programming online lessons for 1 pomodoro (currently a course on node.js on uDemy)
8:20am: 7-minute workout (I have seen results in my waist and my energy levels! Nice workout!)
8:30am: at least 15 minutes walking around the block
When I get back I eat a really good breakfast which I prepare myself!
After this I can relax for aprox. 40 mins before I go to work!
