Morning ritual: revisited
Hi there, how are you?
Well, I wanted to share some more changes to my morning ritual after testing my former over time. A few notes to make:
- 5:30am is too early for me for lots of reasons, but the main one is the feeling of lack of sleep after a long period of doing this.
- Life changes come unexpectedly, so lesson learnt: you cannot plan anything for sure!
- No I value more resting and recreation
- Focus on the essentials, you cannot do all at the same time for a long time!
So, here is my newly transformed morning routine (you bet it’s gonna change in the future again and again):
6:00am: Wake up
6:20am: 7-minute workout
6:30am: Breakfast
6:45am: Walking (at least 10mins)
7:00am – 8:00am: Italian (2 pomodoros)
8:00am – 8:30am: Chinese (1 pomodoro)
The above changes reflect my wants and needs for the current period in my life.
I deferred reading in the evening and as much I want. I read a lot and everywhere no matter what.
Also, programming is tranferred in the evening and it is also free of measurement and obligation. I do it anyways! 🙂
Finally, I started cooking my own meals and food in general, do the groceries and every housework you can imagine. It takes me a lot of time too and it is mandatory!
