Well, here we are! I ran a couple of times into bucket lists! I wondered: “What’s a bucket list?” and then I thought: “Maybe it comes from the expression: when I kick the bucket!”. Hell yeah!
So, a bucket list is a list of things you are writing down in order to do them before you die! Have you seen the movie with my man Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman (it is very probable that the film precedes the expression)?
Well, Jack is awesome! Jack is Jack! My list will start today on 21st August, 2017! I am sitting in my desk in Treviso, Italy and the weather is pretty nice, not too hot, not too cool! Here we go:
1. Travel to San Francisco, California
I do not know exactly why but this city is something like El Dorado for me! It is the city of my wildest dreams, mystical, mythical I dunno how to explain it! It has a truly mysterious effect on me! It will be the first thing I will do when I find the money for the journey!
ADDITION: here I can add WORK in SF, but this is one of the wildest dreams ever! We’ll see! Who knows!
2. Travel to Rio de Janeiro
I know that travelling is really cliché, but I have to go to Rio! Period!
3. Skydiving
Yep, I have to do this. To be honest I am afraid of heights sometimes, I dunno, in certain balconies when the angle is kinda weird or the barrier is weird, difficult to explain I get terrified! Not paralyzed, but it is scary! I have to do skydiving for the adrenaline rush! I am an adrenaline junkie after all!
4. Publish a book (addendum: or an online course)
When I was young, I was thinking that one day I am gonna be a writer or something, better a philosopher! And one of my goals was to write a book! I am not sure yet what my book is gonna be about but for sure I would love to get one published! Maybe I can make one with the content of this blog like JLCollins did or SimpleProgrammer did! Let’s see!
5. Learn and be able to speak fluently at least 5 languages
Thanks Beberone for this one! And you know? I wanna do the skydiving with you!!
So far I am a native Greek speaker, I am almost native in English (hopefully), I am studying Italian and I started Chinese as well in which I have a very basic understanding! Consequently, I am getting there! I would love to learn German too and maybe Russian or Portuguese (Br)! To be honest I tried Portuguese (Br) in the past, but I was super lame at studying: I do not remember much! We’ll see too!
6. Ride one of the fastest Roller Coasters in the world
That is a dream of mine since I was a child! And I am a speed freak in general! Here is a list of the 10 fastest in the world:

Nice topic!
I have many things that I wanna achieve once in my life too. Here I name a few that I believe will be more probable to achieve:
– Dance freely like no one’s watching
– Leave footprints in all the main continents (excl. north and south poles)
– Learn to speak at least 5 languages fluently
PS: about the term bucket list I think it precedes the movie.

Not yet. For example the second one: I haven’t been to North&South America or Oceania.

Nice that you updated the list. However, I’m not so sure about the part of speed freak. Guess we have very different definitions about speed…haha!
